What exactly is in the bundle?
Three files delivered as one ZIP: a 104-page relocation guide (PDF), a 19-page practical workbook (PDF) and an interactive planner (XLSX) with four live worksheets. In total, that is 123 PDF pages plus the spreadsheet.
Is this three separate products?
No. It is one product made of three components designed to be used together. The guide explains the decision, the workbook is where you write it down, and the planner keeps your numbers live.
What is in the 104-page guide?
20 chapters across two phases: Before You Move (chapters 1–8) and After You Arrive (chapters 9–20), plus a Quick-Start Toolkit with the Master Relocation Checklist and the 90-Day Relocation Timeline, three decision tools, a Resource Vault, printable checklists and a September 2026 verification log.
What is in the 19-page workbook?
Ten tools in the order you need them: Master Relocation Checklist, 90-Day Timeline, Visa Decision Framework, Neighbourhood Decision Tool, Bangkok Budget Planner, Resource Vault, Apartment Viewing Checklist, Move-In Inspection Checklist, Document Checklist and Important Contacts.
What does the interactive planner do?
It has four worksheets with live formulas. Start Here is a dashboard fed by the others; Budget Planner compares LOW / MID / HIGH monthly benchmarks against your own plan and works out annual spend and emergency-fund targets; Neighbourhood Scorecard lets you weight nine factors from 1 to 5 across six Bangkok areas; and the 90-Day Tracker follows 44 tasks with a live completion percentage.

What software do I need?
Any standard PDF reader opens the two PDFs on a phone, tablet or computer. The planner is a standard .xlsx file built for Microsoft Excel; it has also been tested in LibreOffice Calc. Other spreadsheet applications have not been tested, so we make no claim about how the formulas behave in them.
Can I print it?
Yes. Both PDFs are A4. The workbook is deliberately designed so you can print single sheets. Print just the checklist for the stage you are in, rather than the whole book.
How is the bundle delivered?
This is a digital product. Your download is delivered after checkout through the store's digital-delivery system. Nothing is shipped and no physical item is posted to you.
What if my download does not arrive?
Check the email address used at checkout, including its spam folder. If it still has not arrived, contact us with your order number through the contact page and we will sort it out.
Can I share the files?
The bundle is licensed for your own personal use. Please do not redistribute, resell or publish the files.

Is this legal, visa, immigration, tax, financial or medical advice?
No. The bundle provides general information, planning frameworks and reference ranges only. It is not advice and it is not a substitute for the relevant official authority or a licensed professional.
Are the costs in the budget planner guaranteed?
No. They are planning benchmarks drawn from the guide's research, shown as LOW / MID / HIGH ranges so you can sanity-check your own figures. Real costs depend on neighbourhood, lifestyle, exchange rates, insurance and how often you eat out.
How current is the information?
This is the September 2026 edition. The guide closes with a verification log recording the high-risk items that were re-checked against official or first-party sources for this edition. Time-sensitive topics are flagged throughout so you know what to confirm before acting.
What is the refund policy?
